Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake that combines the bold flavors of Cajun-spiced crawfish with a smooth texture, topped with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cajun-spiced crawfish tail meat
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer or whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crawfish tail meat, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy with guests.

Notes

Make ahead for better flavor development. The cheesecake can be frozen for up to a month. Avoid overmixing to keep a light texture.
