Instructions

- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Frost the cooled cake layers with your favorite frosting.
