- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, mustard, and ketchup.
- Roll out the pretzel dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square, topping with shredded cheese.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
