Description

Delicious cheeseburger pretzel bombs filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey cheddar cheese, encased in warm pretzel dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, mustard, and ketchup.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square, topping with shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
