- 0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 167 g All-Purpose Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 85 g Cream Cheese
- 19 g Sugar (for filling)
- High-Quality Caramel Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
- Integrate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Make the cream cheese filling by blending cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Prepare the cookie dough, scoop and flatten, add cream cheese filling, and encase with dough.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
