Description

Delicious cheesecake cookies that combine the richness of cheesecake with the tender bite of cookies, creating a unique dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 113 g Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 110 g Brown Sugar
  • 38 g Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg, room temperature
  • 0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 167 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 85 g Cream Cheese
  • 19 g Sugar (for filling)
  • High-Quality Caramel Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Integrate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Make the cream cheese filling by blending cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  7. Prepare the cookie dough, scoop and flatten, add cream cheese filling, and encase with dough.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
