Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and cooked pasta; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
