Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce and cooked pasta; simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
