- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the biscuit dough package.
- Lightly spray your muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Open the biscuit dough can, and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin, then press them into the muffin tin.
- Mix together the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Scoop the chicken mixture generously into each biscuit cup.
- Top each cup with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in your preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Let the cups cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling the cups in advance and refrigerating until ready to bake. You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
