- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown the beef mixture in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat, adding onion and garlic until softened.
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out and cutting into 3-inch circles.
- Fill each dough circle with the beef mixture and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
