Description

Delight in savory mini buns filled with seasoned beef and gooey cheese, perfect for appetizers or a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown the beef mixture in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat, adding onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out and cutting into 3-inch circles.
  4. Fill each dough circle with the beef mixture and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
