Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let cool slightly before slicing into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- Brown the ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Layer potato slices in a baking dish, followed by browned beef, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
