- 1 French bread loaf
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the insides.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked shrimp with cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, and chopped parsley.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the shrimp mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot, pulling apart the bread for a cheesy bite.
Notes
Make-Ahead: Prepare the shrimp mixture in advance and refrigerate. Remember not to overcook the shrimp and keep the bread hollowed sufficiently.
