Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey and Dijon mustard together in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
