Description

Indulge in these easy-to-make Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups filled with rich marinara, savory ground beef, and creamy cheeses. Perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked to al dente)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, lentils, or other substitutes)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and mix in 1 cup of marinara sauce.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each lasagna noodle.
  5. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella on top of the ricotta.
  6. Roll each noodle up tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the night before and refrigerating. For a crispy exterior, consider using an air fryer instead of baking.
