Description

Indulge in these Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Meatballs, packed with flavorful meat, fresh spinach, and a gooey mozzarella center. Perfect for cozy dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef, Pork, or Turkey
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs or Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil, for frying
  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Flatten a small handful of the meat mixture in your palm and place a mozzarella cube in the center. Fold the meat around the cheese, roll it tightly into a smooth meatball.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the stuffed meatballs and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until deep golden-brown and fully cooked.
  4. Allow the meatballs to rest for 1–2 minutes before serving to let the cheese become melty.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley, then serve hot with grains or vegetables.

Notes

Make Ahead: Prepare the meatballs a day in advance and refrigerate. You can bake or air fry for a lighter option.
