- 1 cup creamy queso
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Season the steak with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet, cooking for 4-6 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- Add the cooked rice and creamy queso to the same skillet, mixing over medium heat until heated through.
- Serve the cheesy rice in bowls, topped with sliced steak and garnished with fresh cilantro.
