- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
