- In a medium-sized bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps.
- Gently fold in the raspberries, ensuring they remain intact.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
