Description

Indulge in these nutritious and delicious chocolate chia raspberry bites, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps.
  2. Gently fold in the raspberries, ensuring they remain intact.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These bites are perfect for meal prep and can be enjoyed straight from the freezer. Consider adding nut butter for a creamier texture or swapping out the raspberries for your favorite berries.
