- 2 cups of pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup of cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (like peas and carrots)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta following package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine pasta, shredded chicken, cheese, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Season with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
