Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the onions and mushrooms in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, sautéed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the mixture to a greased casserole dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
