- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the cooking cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the cream sauce evenly over the fish fillets, ensuring all are coated.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a golden crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and chives before serving.
Notes
