Description

A rich and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce enveloping tender chicken breasts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a seasoned skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest.
  5. Toss in the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and whisk gently to combine.
  7. Bring to a light simmer and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken a few hours in advance for better flavor. Optionally add fresh spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra nutrition.
