- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a seasoned skillet over medium heat.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest.
- Toss in the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and whisk gently to combine.
- Bring to a light simmer and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken a few hours in advance for better flavor. Optionally add fresh spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra nutrition.
