Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, black pepper, and paprika, mixing until smooth.
- Combine ricotta cheese with the cooked shrimp in a bowl and season with salt.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the shrimp and ricotta mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish, pour the garlic cream sauce over them, ensuring they are covered.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
