Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In your mixing bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Mix well before adding warm water and yeast.
- Mix to form dough: Stir the mixture until it comes together into a shaggy mass.
- Knead the dough: Dust your work surface with flour and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf or oval; let it rest on parchment paper for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Score the top of the dough with a knife and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
