Description

Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in panko, served with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray (for air frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon cubes generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up your breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each salmon cube in flour, dip it into the egg, and then roll it through the panko until well-coated.
  5. Lightly spray the bites with oil for air frying, or carefully lower them into hot oil if frying.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking for perfection.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with the bang bang sauce for dipping.

Notes
