Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into cubes
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil spray (for air frying)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon cubes generously with salt and pepper.
- Set up your breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each salmon cube in flour, dip it into the egg, and then roll it through the panko until well-coated.
- Lightly spray the bites with oil for air frying, or carefully lower them into hot oil if frying.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking for perfection.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Serve immediately with the bang bang sauce for dipping.
Notes
Can prep salmon bites and chill for up to 30 minutes before cooking for extra crunchiness.
