- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or garlic aioli
- Fresh finely chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let the savory aroma fill your kitchen.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of ranch dressing or garlic aioli down the center of each tortilla.
