Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or garlic aioli
  • Fresh finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and let the savory aroma fill your kitchen.
  4. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of ranch dressing or garlic aioli down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Evenly divide the cooked chicken pieces between the tortillas and top with both mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Toast the wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  8. Slice in half and garnish with additional parsley before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
