Description

Ingredients

  • Flaky pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ham (smoked, honey-glazed, or leftover holiday ham)
  • Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, or pepper jack)
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Honey mustard (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pastry instructions.
  2. Roll out the flaky pastry on a lightly floured surface to achieve an even thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangles, approximately three inches by five inches each.
  4. Assemble the filling by placing a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Roll the pastry around the ham and cheese, sealing the edges well.
