Instructions

  1. Season and dredge the chicken: Lightly season the pounded chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Next, dredge each breast in flour, ensuring it’s fully coated. Dip it into the beaten egg, then press firmly into the breadcrumbs to create a generous coating.
  2. Fry the chicken: In your skillet, heat approximately 1/4 inch of oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side until each side transforms into a golden brown marvel. Once cooked through, transfer the chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  3. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce: In the same skillet (make sure to wipe it clean to remove any excess crumbs), melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring this heavenly mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Finish the sauce: Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce reaches a smooth and thickened texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste—don’t be shy, this sauce craves a little extra love!
