Description

A delicious crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and drizzled with hot honey for the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and spicy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 120150g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil using a basting brush.
  4. Add the sliced brie evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle the cranberries and chopped walnuts on top of the brie.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Make hot honey by gently warming it in a small saucepan with chili flakes.
  8. Finish by drizzling hot honey over the baked flatbread, sprinkling with thyme and a pinch of salt.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure not to overload the flatbread with toppings to avoid sogginess. Enjoy fresh out of the oven for the best experience.
