- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced green onions

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

- Meanwhile, heat enough oil in a separate frying pan until it shimmers.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold it into a triangle shape and seal the edges tightly.
- Gently place the sealed wontons into the hot oil, frying them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown.
- Once golden, drain the wontons on paper towels.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the crispy wontons upright and filling them generously with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and green onions.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a final touch of flavor and flair.
