Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 ripe melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under cool water and slice it into thin rounds.
  2. Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and extract the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Combine the cucumber slices and melon cubes in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and drizzle with lime juice.
  5. Toss gently to coat each piece without mashing the fruits.
