Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Create your yeast mixture by whisking together warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Allow it to sit until foamy.
