- 4 fillets Cod
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Instructions

- Add the roasted red peppers to the skillet.

- Season the cod fillets generously with salt and pepper. Gently place them in the bubbling sauce, ensuring they are coated.
- Cover the skillet and let the cod cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
