- 1 package Funfetti cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 additional egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9 inch baking pan generously.
- Combine Funfetti cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until blended and press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and the additional egg in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Fold in festive sprinkles carefully.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
