Description

Deliciously tender chicken thighs coated in a sticky, sweet, and savory glaze made with honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken thighs, boneless or bone-in
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a baking dish and pouring the glaze over it.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).
  5. Serve hot, drenching the chicken in the remaining glaze.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before glazing for better caramelization. You can marinate the chicken in the glaze for deeper flavor.
