- 4 Chicken thighs, boneless or bone-in
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in a baking dish and pouring the glaze over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot, drenching the chicken in the remaining glaze.
Notes
Pat the chicken dry before glazing for better caramelization. You can marinate the chicken in the glaze for deeper flavor.
