- 1 package brioche or crescent dough
- 8 oz savory ham (black forest or smoked)
- 4 fresh eggs
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the rolls’ package instructions.
- Prepare your eggs by poaching or frying.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and layer the ham evenly across it.
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the ham.
- Roll the dough starting from one long edge, tucking the filling as you go.
- Slice the rolled dough into even segments, about 2 inches each, and lay them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake until golden brown, usually around 15-20 minutes.
- Whip up the hollandaise sauce and drizzle it over the warm rolls before serving.
