Description

Delicious rolls combining the classic flavors of eggs Benedict with a comforting, fluffy dough, perfect for brunch or cozy breakfasts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package brioche or crescent dough
  • 8 oz savory ham (black forest or smoked)
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the rolls’ package instructions.
  2. Prepare your eggs by poaching or frying.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and layer the ham evenly across it.
  4. Place the cooked eggs on top of the ham.
  5. Roll the dough starting from one long edge, tucking the filling as you go.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into even segments, about 2 inches each, and lay them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake until golden brown, usually around 15-20 minutes.
  8. Whip up the hollandaise sauce and drizzle it over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

Use different types of bread or fillings to customize your rolls. Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for a quick brunch!
