- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup artichokes, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or basil), chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, chopped olives, chopped artichokes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until every ingredient melds together.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Spoon the mixture onto the center of the wrap, shaping it into a log-like form.
- Refrigerate the log for at least one hour to allow the flavors to deepen.
- Once chilled, remove the log from the wrap and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs and chopped cranberries.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers or fresh baguette slices.

Make a day ahead for enhanced flavors. For a warm dip, heat gently in the oven.
