Description

A delightful and colorful appetizer combining cream cheese with roasted peppers, olives, and artichokes, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or basil), chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, chopped olives, chopped artichokes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until every ingredient melds together.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Spoon the mixture onto the center of the wrap, shaping it into a log-like form.
  4. Refrigerate the log for at least one hour to allow the flavors to deepen.
  5. Once chilled, remove the log from the wrap and transfer it to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs and chopped cranberries.
  6. Serve with an assortment of crackers or fresh baguette slices.

Notes

Make a day ahead for enhanced flavors. For a warm dip, heat gently in the oven.
