Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rest, covered with a kitchen towel, for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the flatbread.
- Bake the flatbread in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnishing, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes.
