Description

Delightful Greek Stuffed Peppers filled with creamy feta and aromatic herbs, perfect for appetizers or side dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large roasted red peppers (Florina preferred)
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stuff each roasted pepper with the creamy mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed peppers in a baking dish, making sure they stand upright.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle olive oil on top before baking. You can prepare the filling a day in advance and store in the fridge.
