Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker crust.
