- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Brown the meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onions, and garlic. Sauté until browned and onions are translucent.
- Prepare the sauce: Incorporate canned tomatoes and herbs into the skillet. Mix well and let simmer for about 15 minutes until thickened.
- Mix the cheese: In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, and a handful of grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper; mix until creamy.
- Layer the ingredients: In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, and more meat sauce. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella.
- Bake: In a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C), bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden. Cover with foil for first 20 minutes.
