Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly in the marinade.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken in a baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  5. Scatter the fresh cranberries across the top of the chicken.
