Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice: Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- Mix the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
