- 1 lb steak (top sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Roast the garlic: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), slice the garlic bulb top, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Cook the pasta: Bring salted water to a boil, add spaghetti, cook until al dente, reserve ½ cup of water, then drain.
- Sear the steak: In a skillet, heat over medium-high, rub steak with olive oil, salt and pepper; sear for 4-5 minutes per side and let it rest.
- Prepare the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat, add heavy cream, and simmer, then stir in roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine: Toss spaghetti with the sauce and fold in sliced steak.
- Serve: Plate with additional Parmesan, parsley, and cracked black pepper. Enjoy warm!
