- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4–6 jalapeños, sliced and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
- Fill each jalapeño slice with the creamy cheese mixture.
- Take a crescent roll triangle and place one filled jalapeño slice and one cocktail sausage on the wide end.
- Roll up tightly, enclosing the filling and sausage in the dough.
- Arrange the rolled poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
