Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Make the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing garlic, adding lemon juice and heavy cream, and simmering to thicken.
