Description

Deliciously stuffed breadsticks filled with chicken Alfredo, gooey cheeses, and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated breadstick or pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Open the package of dough and separate it into even squares or strips.
  4. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken Alfredo filling into the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Wrap the dough tightly around the filling and pinch the edges to seal them.
  6. Brush the top of each dough bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the breadsticks turn golden brown.

Notes

These breadsticks can be prepared ahead of time and frozen uncooked. Bake from frozen for a quick meal.
