Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the diced mango, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mango teriyaki mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
