Description

A heavenly dessert merging creamy panna cotta with vibrant mango and warm vanilla, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, coconut milk, and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water in a small bowl and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture, stirring continuously until dissolved.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with mango puree and garnish with fresh mango slices before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Can be prepared a day in advance. Store covered in the refrigerator.
