Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your donut pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder until evenly blended.
- Combine the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze until smooth.
- Dip each donut into the glaze and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
