- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 10-12 ounce bag tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Sour cream for serving
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef alongside the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, Ranch Style beans, Ro-tel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and water.
- Combine everything thoroughly.
- Create a layer with the crushed tortilla chips in a large baking dish, followed by half of the beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese bubbles and is golden.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
