Description

Delight in these mini pizzas combining creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts on a crispy crust, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 mini pizza crusts or naan rounds
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzling with olive oil, and sprinkling with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the toppings by distributing sliced brie evenly over each crust.
  4. Add the cranberries and walnuts on top of the brie.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Prepare the hot honey drizzle by whisking together honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
  7. Finish and serve by drizzling the hot honey over the mini pizzas and adding fresh thyme on top.

Notes

You can prepare ingredients a day in advance and assemble just before baking. For air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
