Description
Delight in these mini pizzas combining creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts on a crispy crust, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.

- 4 mini pizza crusts or naan rounds
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the crust by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzling with olive oil, and sprinkling with salt and pepper.
- Layer the toppings by distributing sliced brie evenly over each crust.
- Add the cranberries and walnuts on top of the brie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Prepare the hot honey drizzle by whisking together honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- Finish and serve by drizzling the hot honey over the mini pizzas and adding fresh thyme on top.
Notes
You can prepare ingredients a day in advance and assemble just before baking. For air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
