Description

Ingredients

  • 6 small slider buns
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Assemble the Sliders: Spread pizza sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
